- No Credit Card Storage: Card payments are processed directly via PayPal Commerce / Braintree hosted fields under statement reference

store@melodya.art, and enable order tracking, plus Article 6(1)(c) for statutory UK tax/accounting records. - Your UK GDPR Rights: You may request access, rectification, or erasure of your order record at any time by emailing store@melodya.art.

This storefront uses zero advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies. Basket items exist only in temporary browser memory for your active tab and are cleared immediately upon checkout.
3. Terms & Conditions of Sale
This website (www.melodya.art/store) is a privately owned website operated by a sole trader in the United Kingdom and is not a registered company. All purchases are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The sole trader operating Melodya is your contracting seller, customer service contact (store@melodya.art), and statutory warranty guarantor for all orders placed on www.melodya.art/store.
4. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
- 14-Day Cooling-Off Right: Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, for non-exempt goods you have the statutory right to notify us of cancellation within 14 calendar days starting the day after you receive your goods by emailing store@melodya.art.
- Buyer Pays Return Postage & Transit Responsibility (Regulation 35(5)): For any change-of-mind cancellation, the customer is solely responsible for the cost of returning the goods using a tracked, insured postal service to the return address provided on your enclosed Melodya Return Slip, quoting your 8-digit Order Number. Outbound expedited shipping upgrades are non-refundable.
- Deduction for Diminished Resale Value (Regulation 34(9)): Returned goods must be unused, unsoiled, and in their original pristine packaging with all seals/tags intact. If goods have been used, burned, handled beyond basic visual inspection, or returned with damaged packaging, Melodya reserves the statutory right to deduct the loss in resale value (up to 100% of the purchase price) from any refund.
- Non-Returnable Exempt Goods (Regulation 28): The 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to: (a) bespoke, custom-cast, custom-framed, engraved, or made-to-order commissions; (b) sealed candles, salves, balms, or hygiene/fragrance products once unsealed or lit after delivery; (c) perishable goods; or (d) unsealed media or digital downloads.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods back to the original payment card via PayPal referencing
